配置

emacs进行c/c++的开发，离不开支持代码自动补全、库函数联想等功能，所以本文顺带把lsp配置也一并带上了，不同于emacs-若干语言 lsp 配置备注里的eglot，这里使用的是ccls。直接上配置吧，比较简单：
